Teaching Method

In the song, the topics and contents are used as the lyrics of the song which is commonly used for reviewing the lesson. She said that they often used that kind of strategy so that the students can understand and recall the topics easily, because in every sub-theme it will be discussed within a week and the contents need to be repeated in every discussion to assure that the learners will master and understand the lesson deeply.

In curriculum 2013, the teachers are required to formulate strategies and methods to enrich teaching-learning process. As observed, my cooperating teacher used varied strategies and activities, she conducted group activities, gave group projects and used a song as a strategy in teaching and reviewing the lessons.
