The practicum helped me to be open to a wider view of the diverse culture and traditions of different country. It also develop my teaching skills, improve my pedagogical knowledge and gave me the idea on what are the current trends, curriculum and their systems of education.

 

  The internship also helped me to develop self-responsibility and gain self-confidence which can help me in my work field in the future. Through understanding their different culture, I can be more flexible and adaptable to every situation and be open to the different behavior and customs of my students.
