The purpose of the internship is to provide opportunities to students to apply, learn, and develop their teaching skills and pedagogy. It will allow the students to observe, and gain broader regional and world view about the different education systems that will also expose them to the diverse teaching and learning situations and opportunities, and the learn value of flexibility.  It also provide the structure by which students could enhance their educational experiences through practical work assignments. It also has the goal to give the students the opportunity to immerse and understand the diverse culture and traditions of other country which will help them to be adaptable and gain a wider perspective about the nature and importance of one's culture.
