ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Jose Prochina Rubia Jr. is a 4th year college student taking up Bachelor in Elementary Education major in General Education at the University of the Immaculate Conception, Davao City.

Honestly, I am an introvert type of person, I do not find comfort when I deal with other people. I find peace and joy if I work alone and be alone. I am usually silent when I do not know the people around me. But it seems all of these changed when I entered the life and wander the journey of being a college student. Because of my course, I came out from my shell and left my comfort zone. In fact, I discovered a lot about myself, I never thought that I will be able to speak in front of other people and I never thought that I will teach and fill the young minds of the students, and soon to be a TEACHER.
Education is not my first choice and I do not like teaching in the first place, but I do believe in destiny, it brought me in this field and helped me to learn and love this profession. Now, teaching for me is not all about the degree and the profession itself, it's all about the willingness of your heart to make a difference among the lives of your students. It is you who will made them feel that they are worthy to something incredible and help them realize that they have the power to change and build a better future.

Today, I am still studying and learning more deeply about my chosen profession, and hopeful to find out more about myself and to do more things in my life which I can use to help the children of tomorrow to achieve their dreams and shape their own future.
