ONE VISION, ONE IDENTITY, ONE COMMUNITY
classroom management
According to Froyen and Iverson (1999), school and classroom management aims at encouraging and establishing student self-control through a process of promoting positive student achievement and behavior. Thus academic achievement, teacher efficacy, and teacher and student behavior are directly linked with the concept of school and classroom management.

Thus, during my teaching practice I always made sure that before I start my class I set a positive mood that will make the classroom environment conducive for learning. In every activity I always remind them about the standards and the behavior that they need to observe during activities such as avoiding to be noisy, however, sometimes I let them to create minimal noise when doing group activities because I believe that it is academic noise and it is part of the learning process.

Part also of my classroom management is to be firm when it comes to the time allotted for the activity, through this I can assure that the other parts of my lesson will not be compromised and I can achieve my objectives and the effectiveness of my strategies.
